Itinerary

As you arrive at Delhi airport you will be welcomed and greeted by our representative. Relax for a while in the hotel and then excursion of Delhi which is a perfect mix of old and modern traditions will begin soon. The tour spots will include prestigious world heritage sites such as Red Fort, Humayun’s Tomb and then drive past India Gate which was made in memory of martyrs who sacrificed their life for nation. Later on visit Qutub Minar and then take a ride to the market of Chandni Chowk and Khari-Baoli where you can enjoy shopping. Afterwards you will be brought back to hotel for overnight stay.

Post breakfast, you will be leaving for Jaipur which is easily accessible by road. Upon Jaipur arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel for a comforting stay. You can spend the rest of the day at your discretion.

Post breakfast you will start exploring culture and heritage of Rajasthan. First visit Amer Fort where you will enjoy royal Elephant ride and it comprises palaces like Sukh Mahal, Sheesh Mahal, Diwan-I-Aam and Diwan-I-Khas. Later on drive towards City Palace which offers amazing views of the city and comprises Mubarak Mahal and Chandra Mahal. Then drive past Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar which is an astronomical observatory. In the evening visit Birla Temple built using marbles and devoted to Lord Vishnu and goddess Laxmi. Return back to the hotel and enjoy your dinner.

On the next day after a refreshing breakfast you will drive to Agra. The journey will mesmerize you with the greenery by the road side and the colorfully dressed village folks. Once you have reached Agra, our representative will help you with the check-in at the hotel. You can have lunch and after this, one more chapter of your memorable journey will commence from the famous Agra Fort the World Heritage Site. After this in the evening you will have your most awaited moment, visit to the ‘Taj-Mahal’ and witness the beauty of the Taj during the sunset. You may also do some shopping of marble handcraft items from the local market. Return to the hotel and stay overnight.

Have your breakfast and then you will be transferred to Orcha. En-route Fatehpur Sikri built by Akbar and later on Mughals transferred their capital to Delhi due to scarcity of water. Here visit Jodha Bai Palace which was palace of queen’s of Akbar, Buland Darwaza, Panch Mahal and Tomb of Sheikh Salim Chisti which is a pilgrimage site devoted to sufi saint Sheikh Salim. Continue your tour towards Jaipur. Overnight stay will be in Jaipur.

Post breakfast, you will be leaving for Orcha, a town located on the banks of river Betwa which is a delight for nature lovers and history buffs. The compelling art of the temples and palaces will leave you wondering the beauty of the former prince state of Bundelkhand. On one side the city offers the Jahangir Mahal, a palace built in honor of the Mughal emperor Jahangir which  is a perfect blend of Hindu and Islamic architecture whereas on the other side you can witness Raja Mahal, a royal residence of former kings of Orcha which shows the beauty of Mughal architectural art. Other major spots include Laxmi Narayan Temple, Chaturbhuj Temple, a temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu, Orcha wildlife Sanctuary, a home of endangered wildlife and 14 Chatris or cenotaphs to the rulers of Orcha. You will be staying in Orcha for the night.

In the morning after your breakfast, you will be heading to airport to board a flight to Varanasi, the religious capital of India. The narrow lanes of the beautiful city nested on the banks of River Gang have many temples accompanied by mouth watering food outlets. Kashi Vishwnath Temple where one can have the majestic experience looking at idol of Lord Shiva, Ram Nagar fort, a fusion of Hindu and Islamic architectural skills and  Dashaswamedh ghats, oldest ghats of Varanasi altogether will leave in awe and wonder. In the evening you will be visiting Sarnath, a city located near Varanasi, where Gautam Buddha first taught the Dharma. Dharmekh Stupa, Dharmarajika Stupa and Ashoka Pillar are some other notable spots to visit. Later a drive back to Varanasi. An overnight stay at hotel in Varanasi

After a healthy breakfast, you will be leaving for Khajurao, a town famous for its primitive temples which resounds the finest architectural art. You will be witnessing the exceptional architectural skills in the form of sculptures every now and then in Khajurao. The temples here are divided geographically based on their locations: western, eastern and southern. A visit to Devi Jagdambi temple, a group or 25 temples famous for the erotic carvings, Kandariya Mahadeva Temple, the biggest and ostentatious temple of Khajurao and other temples will leave you astonished.  An overnight stay at hotel in Khajurao.

You will be headed back to Delhi from where you can board a flight for the onward journey.
